What a cute cozy, I love the way you've put it together. It almost makes me want to learn to drink coffee.

Lucy Locket-Pocket

Well, if you come to the Country Living show on 14th March we could have a coffee!!!! Love the new cozy and glad to hear your confidence about your washing line has been boosted! Lucy x

Lucy

Lovely cozy. What a great idea. You have got to be joking about the housework though. I need that sort of impetus myself so I haven't any spare to give to you. Why is it no one has yet invented the self cleaning house?

I don't drink coffee but your cafetiere cosy is so cute. I could maybe use that idea but for something else: like a cup cosy!

driftwood

if you find any top tips for motivating to do housework please share, or even better if you find a way to motivate someone else to do my housework!!!

kirsten

ha ha! if you come across any of those vacumming photos, let me know, okay? :)

Dragonfly

I keep meaning to knit a coffee cosy...

misschris

Well that's one of the cutest coffee cosies I have seen! Love the owls. :)

Kitty

That is one lovely cafetiere cosy. My mum went on a workshop to make one, but don't tell her I think yours is nicer than hers. *blush*

Sorry, can't help out with the hoovering - the 'head' bit has fallen off my hoover again :-( x

AnnieB

cute - where's that owl fabric from? I have soem owl nutters in my house that need placating every now and then...
I think you should sew a vacuum cleaner, much more fun than actually vacuuming, and would be prettier than anyone ever made too

Florence

Long may your head be too large for your body - it really was lovely!

I love the warmer, especially the winky owls...but it's looking strangely empty, perhaps you need to fill it and check it works properly before getting on with that mopping! x

dottycookie

Brilliant cosy - I have it on my to do list too, so maybe now I'll make one (or more, hmmm, an idea is forming).

Believe me, no-one needs a picture of me mopping the floor ... though mine need doing too. Bother.

nikkipolani

Oh my. How darling is that!?

melissa

so glad my coffee cosy inspired you to do something. it's inspired me to take even longer over the ritual of my morning coffee. i haven't achieved anything all week! :)
yours is lovely! x

Gemma

I adore that cozy! I might actually make one! Which will make a change from me drooling and wishing and achieving nothing!

Lesley

Don't think there's any chance of helpful housework photos from me - as you'd have to be lightning quick to actually catch me doing any housework!!!

Lovely cafetiere cosy! I'll have a coffee with you :)

julie

brilliant cosy - I love those buttons - they go fantastically well with the cute owl fabric. And I love your washing line too - especially the 3-d quality of it.

capello

eeeek!

Megan

But did it knock some sense into you? And those owls are the cutest ever.

lina

Cute owl fabric. I could definitely do with some of that cleaning up inspiration too.

Louise

How cheerful! I love that some of the owls are upside down - too cute!

Lisa Lam

Tres cute. That's one of my fave colour combos as well.

Zoe

niiiiice. the buttons are lovely.

kate

Hi, the cosy is just so sweet. I don't drink coffee, but a tea cosy like that would be lovely... if you ever have a moment to spare, or are avoiding the vacumming, dusting, washing etc...
Your washing line looks great by the way, just don't think of the bit in the middle as beige, how about thinking of it as a sandy beach on a moonlit night!
Take care, Liz

loving the cosy x

I love your cafetiere cosy, especially the owl fabric. I wanted to make one for Andy (I go for tea rather than coffee), but he flatly refused to use one. I think the floral fabric I had in mind put him off a bit!
Your washing line is gorgeous too - glad you are being creative rather than doing housework!

This cafetiere cosy is just too lovely. I just LOVE the pattern.

Ginnie

Love that cozy! I've been thinking about doing something for my 1 pint tea mug and was picturing something knit, which I know I would never do. But this is something I could manage. What a great idea.
